CA3240 is a dual Bi-MOS operational amplifier, that combines the advantages of MOS and bipolar transistors on the same monolithic chip. CA3140 offers a wide of operational features such as thermal overload protection, and high noise immunity, etc. The IC can be used in general-purpose op-amp operation circuits like comparator, differential amplification, or mathematical operations. How To Use CA3240
